Mini Pizza

This is my 1st attempt on making Pizza on my own... with some reference from the web and other easy recipe to make pizza dough, i came out with an idea of making my own size of pizza (the bite size) rather than those regular size pizza. And also, having the fun to put in your choice of ingredients does make it more exciting. This is my mini pizza with bacon and cheese. This is the preview of my pizza before baking. Will show u the recipe on how to make the dough in later post.
I use bacon instead of ham, not because i don't like ham, it is because i like bacon more and its more crispy and tasty compare to ham.
I let the it baked for about 10-12 min and sprinkle in the cheese before baking it again for another 3-5 min.. So u'll have a crispy bacon and melted cheese on top of it.
It taste like dominos pizza, other than the size of it ^^
here is the recipe:
3 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of salt
1 packet of dry yeast (if you are allergic to yeast, try using 1 tbsp of baking powder)
1 cup of warm water
2 packet of Fountain pizza paste (can be obtain from woolies)
basils
morzarella cheese
2 slice of bacon - chopped

Method:
Pre-heat oven for 10 min at 180°c.
Mix flour, olive oil, salt, warm water and yeast together and knead it till smooth-set aside, to let it rise for an hour and a half.
Take the dough and roll it into a log and divide it to 6. Roll each of it like a ball and using a roll pin to roll it flat until desire thickness/size.
Spread pizza paste(1 packet is good enough for 3 mini pizza) evenly on the dough and sprinkle bacon on top of it. Add a pinch of basils on each pizza and bake it for 10-12 min on 180°c.
Then sprinkle the cheese on top of each pizza and let it bake for another 3-5 min or until cheese melt.
Pizza is ready to serve.
